FAQ

What does BYOK mean?

BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own AI provider key in Settings, and Aion uses that provider for cloud replies.

What stays on my phone?

Your Aion memory, timeline, history, and profile data stay on your phone. Cloud prompts leave the device only when you use a connected provider or tool.

Does Aion block screenshots?

Aion blocks screenshots on the Memory and Settings screens to protect sensitive data. Chat, Insights, and History screens allow screenshots so you stay in control of what you save or share.
